CredHub
Pricing

A share of what you collect. Nothing else.

No competitor in this market publishes a price. We think that tells you something about who their pricing is designed for, so here is ours in full.

The rates

By examinations sat in a year

  • 3.5%under 1,000 examinations a year
  • 2.5%1,000 to 5,000 examinations a year
  • 1.75%above 5,000 examinations a year

The rate applies to every fee you collect through CredHub — examination, renewal, late renewal, reinstatement and application fees alike. Fees are charged on your own payment account under your own name; CredHub’s share is taken as the payment passes and the rest settles to you.

10,000$495$4,950,0001.75%$86,625

Examination fees only, for clarity. Renewal and other fees you collect are charged at the same rate. Payment processing is charged separately by your payment provider, as it would be anywhere.

What you are not charged for

The list is the point

  • No license or subscription. There is no seat count and no annual fee.
  • No minimum volume. A board sitting 60 candidates a year pays for 60 candidates.
  • No setup or implementation fee. Provisioning your body, your programs, your branding and your first sitting is not a billable project.
  • No charge per user. Add every examiner, reviewer and administrator you need.
  • No charge for the credential register. Renewals, CE tracking, audits, reinstatements and public verification are part of the platform, not a module.
  • Nothing before a candidate pays you. If you collect nothing in a quarter, you owe nothing for it.
Why it works this way

Because it is the only thing we can honestly bill

CredHub has no subscription billing. The platform’s only mechanism for charging a body is a share of the payments it processes, which means the incentive runs one direction: we are paid when you are paid, and we carry the cost of a quiet quarter with you.

It also answers the question every other vendor’s site refuses to — what does it cost to run 400 exams a year? — without a call. Large programs should still ask for a quote: above 5,000 examinations a year the rate is negotiable and the conversation is worth having.
