You pay when a candidate pays you, and not before. Fees are charged on your own payment account, under your name; CredHub takes the published share and settles the rest to you. There is no license, no seat count, no annual minimum and no setup fee, because the platform has no way to bill you for one.

Every vendor in this market will sell you help obtaining NCCA or ISO 17024 accreditation. None of them claims the software itself produces the evidence. Ours does: the standard-setting study behind your cut score, the item statistics behind your form, the record of who decided what and when, and the due-process trail behind every contested result are written as you run the program.
