Signing in, resetting a password, a payment that did not go through, a receipt you need, or an examination that would not start. These are ours and we can fix them.
Eligibility, results and the credential itself
Whether you qualify, what the examination covers, why a result was what it was, whether a credential can be reinstated, and any appeal against a decision — those are the certifying body’s. They set the requirements and made the decision; CredHub administers the record and cannot change it.
Your credential document names the body that issued it, and a verification result names them too.
